JOB DESCRIPTION

As a Scrum Master, you will play a crucial role in the team’s success. You’ll promote and coach the teams on agile principles and values, lead by example, and resolve conflicts and obstacles that occur.

CANDIDATE PROFILE

• experience in a Scrum Master position (approx. 2-5 years)
• background from computer science or related technical discipline (education or work experience)
• Knowledge of Scrum techniques and artifacts
• problem-solving and conflict-resolution skills
