The worldwide and excellent e-commerce american company is looking for Customer Success Manager,  with a passion for providing innovative and scalable solutions for business applications. We are the company operating the most famous American internet auction hall, and you can join this prestigious opportunity, whatever you are a talented junior or skilled professional.

On top of this excellent opportunity, you can join our team physically in the Prague office, or with combination of home office – we are currently working from home offices three days a week (and it will stay like this for a while).

Main info about the role:

This role’s objective is to enable scalable and sustainable seller growth, and the incumbent will be responsible for trust and relationship building with top sellers, focus vertical development (Home & Garden and Business & Industrials) and vendor partnership to support healthy business growth.

As a Customer Success Manager, you will serve as the primary seller contact and advocate for day-to-day and escalated issues and requests. You are also required to forge strong relationships across a broad spectrum of functional teams (Customer Service, Product, Marketing, Analytics, etc.) to operationalize and provide consultancy on key initiatives.

CANDIDATE PROFILE

Job Responsibilities

  • Collaborate with the Customer Success team to identify cross border trade business opportunities and develop strategies to execute them successfully.
  • Liaise with vendors to execute account management implementation roadmap with minimal operational disruption.
  • Build relationships with top sellers and improve seller selling performance through problem identification and diagnosis.
  • Understand the ecommerce ecosystem, respond to seller’s requests, and collaborate with internal teams and external vendors to reduce selling frictions.
  • Create, manage and present performance reports and knowledge training for sellers and vendors regularly.

Position Qualifications:

  • Minimum of 5-year working experience in customer success or account management in international or regional markets.
  • Experience within digital, eCommerce and/or technology industries; specializing in Home & Garden or Business & Industrials industries is an advantage.
  • Strong business acumen with demonstrated success in business operations.
  • Ability to work independently and autonomously, while also working well in partnership with colleagues and organizational leadership.
  • Highly organized and enjoys detail-oriented work.
  • Build strong relationships across all stakeholders. Must have influence capability.
  • Customer-oriented with excellent interpersonal skills and manners.
  • Ability to speak, read and write in English fluently
