Website Admin – B2B E-commerce
For our client, a Finnish company working on premium tires, we are looking for an experienced B2B E-Commerce Website Admin who will be responsible for website administration in Central Europe, including almost the whole of Europe.
JOB DESCRIPTION
You will work on our website administration supporting websites that are processing over 90k orders a year. You will be responsible for its maintenance, updates, correction of errors, monitoring, data and user management but also for it’s development and expansion.
Your responsibility?
- Supporting and consulting both customers and our people in E-commerce operations and other global website operations.
- Participate in continuously developing our platform, training (both internal and external), testing, and documentation.
- Independently identify, solve, and escalate front-end/back-end
- Publishing and reviewing content deliverables from the content operations team
- Continuous monitoring and improvement of site functionality
- Front-end Data management
- Support for Implementation of changes and new functionalities to existing B2B e-commerce system
CANDIDATE PROFILE
Requirements
- 2-4 years experience with website administration
- Experience in Hybris E-Commerce Platform is an advantage.
- Independent, self-starter, development orientated and good communication skills
- English language spoken and written is a must (daily use)
