The role is open in the department of air conditioning and thermal systems which develops components for heating cars.

JOB DESCRIPTION

• Cooperate with R&D team who gives the tasks.
• Plan Product Validation and Verification activities and make sure the right resources are assigned (People & Equipment).
• Analyze impact of change requests (customer and internal) and follow their implementation.
• Manage product’s configuration and the delivery (product / documentation).
• Define the laboratory equipment and budget based on specific customer/product requirements.
• Support technical discussion with suppliers.
• Lead a team of validation engineers and coordinate subcontractors.
• Track technical documentation.
• Regular reporting.

CANDIDATE PROFILE

• Electrical/Technical education including decree 50, § 6.
• Experience in Validation within 3-5+ years.
• Familiarity with Environmental testing.
• Knowledge of industrial drawing and mechanical tests.
• Knowledge of quality tools.
• Physical measures, acquisition, testing.
• Participation in some leading activities (functional or people leading).
