JOB DESCRIPTION

• You would be providing our Hungarian customers with Level 1 technical support – including installation of IT products via TeamViewer 
• Communication with customers via phone, e-mail and chat 
• Working hours: Monday – Friday, 9 A.M. to 5 P.M. 
• Location: Prague 

CANDIDATE PROFILE

• Full proficiency in Hungarian 
• Fluent in Czech OR Slovak OR English 
• Interest in IT 
• Knowledge of MS Office, MS Windows, macOS, iOS, Android, printers 
• Experience in customer service is an advantage
