- Support for our Air France and KLM passengers over the phone and via email
- Helping passengers and searching for the best solutions.
- Assistance with new bookings, changes of the tickets, compensations, baggage tracing, web and check-in support…
- Your main goal will be having happy passengers with a perfect after-flight care.
- English and German language (level B2+)
- Good communication skills
- Positive approach and searching for new solutions
- Open to learning new things and helping others
- Travel fund: up to 12 000 CZK per year to spend on airplane tickets for you and your family
