  • Support for our Air France and KLM passengers over the phone and via email
  • Helping passengers and searching for the best solutions.
  • Assistance with new bookings, changes of the tickets, compensations, baggage tracing, web and check-in support… 
  • Your main goal will be having happy passengers with a perfect after-flight care.


  • English and German language (level B2+)
  • Good communication skills
  • Positive approach and searching for new solutions
  • Open to learning new things and helping others


  • Travel fund: up to 12 000 CZK per year to spend on airplane tickets for you and your family
