A reputable international company and a leader in global payments are hiring a position where you will provide complete customer service of our passive customer service line and communicate with Polish-speaking customers.

POPIS POZICE

  • Provides complete customer service of the passive customer service line
  • Is responsible for the E-mail communication with Polish-speaking customers
  • Communicates with customers from Poland
  • Sets parameters of the products in the internal system based on customer requirements
  • Communicates with customers about their retention
  • Offers value add services during phone calls

PROFIL KANDIDÁTA

  • Fluent Polish a must (able to communicate fluently in Polish)
  • Communicative English for internal purposes
  • Good communication skills, assertiveness 
  • Completed secondary education 
  • Experience with customer support ideal
