The support department holds 24 x 7 L2 / L3 support for large customers and helps where internal IT teams no longer know where to go. The support team maintains a high technological level and is led by an excellent technical and human-based leader. The company active focus on Sharepoint – SCCM –Exchange – Office 365 technologies. 


– Support for Microsoft platform applications, servers and solutions 

– Troubleshooting, design and implementation of solutions 

– Communication with customers and processing their requests 

– Creation of documentation 

– Providing technical support systems and troubleshooting 

– Internal testing 

– Cooperation on fire projects 


– Manage Windows Server   Active Directory (ideally 3 years or more) 

– Exchange / SCCM or Sharepoint Online or Office365 to admin/implementation level 

– Communicativeness, who decided to entertain customers 

– Responsibility – “When someone is responsible for accomplishing a specific task, it will be the one who can arrange to wait” 

– You must speak English 

– Experience from larger projects, ideally for large customers
