L2 Service Desk Analyst with German

Do you want to work in an international company with the opportunity to develop professionally? As a second Line Service Desk Analyst you will be responsible for the delivery of the services, and the action items necessary to implement the organizational strategies.  

POPIS POZICE

Job Responsibilities: 

  • Provide IT Remote Support for applications on desktops and laptops. 
  • Troubleshoot intermediate to complex local area networks. 
  • Support and participation in any Quality Management System improvement processes identified. 
  • Interfaces with end-users to resolve moderately complex problems concerning system functions reported through a problem ticket 
  • Resolve incident/service requests by performing secondary troubleshooting as per skill sets and Knowledge Tool instructions. 

PROFIL KANDIDÁTA

We require: 

  • English language B2, German language C2 
  • Very good technical skills 
  • At least 1 year of technical customer support experience or other IT background 
  • Experience with solving computer-related problems
