Do you want to work in an international company with the opportunity to develop professionally? As a second Line Service Desk Analyst you will be responsible for the delivery of the services, and the action items necessary to implement the organizational strategies.
- Provide IT Remote Support for applications on desktops and laptops.
- Troubleshoot intermediate to complex local area networks.
- Support and participation in any Quality Management System improvement processes identified.
- Interfaces with end-users to resolve moderately complex problems concerning system functions reported through a problem ticket
- Resolve incident/service requests by performing secondary troubleshooting as per skill sets and Knowledge Tool instructions.
- English language B2, German language C2
- Very good technical skills
- At least 1 year of technical customer support experience or other IT background
- Experience with solving computer-related problems
- Salary 49.000CZK – 53.000CZK
