2nd Level IT Support in GERMAN – Remote!

Do you have strong skills from IT Helpdesk or Application Support? Do you speak German and English on advanced level? Are you looking for 100% remote position? Then we have a great opportunity to meet your requirements, you can choose between permanent employment or freelance and work in any place with perfect Internet connection. It is just necessary to attend 2-weeks training on-site (in Prague or Ostrava).
- This is a Second Level IT Support to the end-users from German-speaking countries
- Solving issues related to computer software and hardware and mobile devices
- Lodging and tracking requests, tickets
- Communication via phone and email
- Daily use of German and English languages
- Working shifts are during normal business hours Monday-Friday
- Completely remote work
- Permanent employment or freelance for CZ residents. Only freelance for residents of other EU countries.
- Start in June
- Native or at least C1 German + B2 English
- Previous relevant experience from IT helpdesk 2-3 years (hardware and basic software knowledge – OS, Office, Communication apps, computer skills)
- Customer-oriented, good problem-solving skills
- Ability to interact with any type of customers
