This role is predominantly to manage a program of contract workers for one of our clients across their European business. You will be dealing with European speaking suppliers, client managers, account managers, and contract workers.
- English and German language on at least B2/C1 level
- Experience in customer care sector and willingness to develop your skills
- Knowledge of Microsoft Office tools
- Very good communication skills
