What would you do?
– Be responsible for the resolution of problems with customers via telephone, email or chat session (mostly B2B communication).
– Troubleshoot problems with appropriate applications, products, and vendors.
– Identify and document customer issue.
– Escalate issues to higher support.
– English & French language both B2 level at least
– Interest in technology and willingness to learn and develop new skills
– Ability to multi-task and prioritize workload effectively
