POPIS POZICE

Main responsibilities:

  • Provide basic technical, network and customer support
  • Troubleshoot network issues
  • Resolve customer issues
  • Analyse incoming incidents

PROFIL KANDIDÁTA

Key skills:

  • Knowledge of Cisco technology
  • Strong communication skills
  • Advanced English skills (written and verbal)
  • Intermediate Italian or French communication skills (only one is enough)
  • Customer service experience advantage
