We are looking for an IT Service Delivery Manager who will join an international IT team and will be responsible for overall IT services and end-user satisfaction.
– IT Service Delivery Specialist is primarily concerned with managing 3rd party relationships to ensure business requirements are met.
– Coordination of delivery IT helpdesk services, plan and delegate tasks.
– Communication with clients and sub-vendors, caring about the partner’s relationship.
– Understanding of the internal and the external technical landscape in context to IT support services.
– Languages: English – fluent spoken and written.
– Second language: Czech, Slovak or Polish.
– Ability to manage activities concurrently and to drive them to completion.
– Ability to act under pressure and to manage efficiently crisis situations.
– Experience in managing application support and delivery.
– Good knowledge of LAN, WAN and MS environment.
– Basic knowledge of Windows server and Cisco.
– Good communication and negotiation skills.
– A structured and disciplined approach to managing and coordinating.
