Customer Care Agent – Czech Republic (relocation package)

We are looking for a new members to join the help desk team of our very important client in Brno, Czech Republic. Don’t miss your chance and send us your CV!


What is it about?

  • Monday to Friday work, 8-hours long shifts between the noon 12 o’clock and 8 AM (afternoon, evening and night shifts)
  • you will be answering the incoming phone calls from the customers of the company and trying to help them with their issues


What do we require?

  • advanced English: B2-C1 level
  • good communication skills
  • ability to work in almost 24/5 environment
  • at least basic knowledge of communication technology
  • flexibility
  • ability to work in multi-cultural global environment

  • base salary ranging from 27 500 to 35 000 CZK/month/gross (around 1100 to 1350 EUR)
  • uplifts for night shifts added on top of the base monthly salary (50% of average hourly income!)
