Do you have some exerience in HR (onboarding/payroll/payments/annual leave…)? Do you speak ENGLISH and GERMAN FLUENTLY? An American IT company, based in Prague 4 is looking for you for the position HR Administrator with German and English. Do you want to join their HR team?

POPIS POZICE

Main tasks of HR Administrator:

* Investigating, assessing and recommending solutions to employee queriesin the area Personal Administration and Mobility
* Coordinate the knowledge transfer of additional Mobility processes
* Cooperation with other HR teams located in home/host country
* Participate in additional projects and migrations with main focus on area of expertise (Mobility and Perosnal Administration)
* Ensure process knowledge is duly documented and maintained up-to-date at all times
* Case management, analysis, tracking, and documentation

PROFIL KANDIDÁTA

This position is suitable for you if you have/are:

* at least some experience in HR (onboarding, offboarding, payroll, absences, annual leave..)
* speaking ENGLISH and GERMAN fluently
* interested in HR processes
* knowledge of MS Excel
