In this role, you will have the opportunity to work with a modern solution for strategic partners, focusing on backend (API testing) and test automation. You will be part of the testing team, divided into 2 divisions – one is dedicated to legacy systems and the other one develops digital solutions for client partners. You will work on modern solutions for the strategic partners – primary backend (API testing) and test automation.

JOB DESCRIPTION

We are seeking a successful candidate with a strong background in manual SW testing and a basic understanding of test automation. You will be responsible for reviewing and analyzing system specifications, creating test plans and test cases, executing all levels of QA tests, analyzing results, reporting bugs to the development team, and developing test scripts to support test automation.

• Review and analyze system specification
• Create test plans and test cases
• Execute all levels of QA tests and analyze results
• Report bugs to the development team
• Help troubleshoot issues related to test environments
• Create and maintain testing documentation
• Work with cross-functional teams to ensure quality throughout the software development lifecycle
• Develop test scripts to support test automation

CANDIDATE PROFILE

To excel in this position, you should have:

• At least 1+ years of software testing experience
• Bachelor’s Degree in Computer Science, Computer Engineering, Information Technology, or a related field (or equivalent)
• An overall knowledge of SW testing tools
• Fluency in English and Czech (min B2)
• Experience with at least one quality control supporting tool (e.g. MS Azure DevOps)
• Experience with API testing tools (preferably Postman)
• Basic understanding of SQL
