JOB DESCRIPTION
- You will provide expert technical guidance for the company’s products and cloud technologies to SME customers via phone, email, and/or remote access.
- Working collaboratively, you will analyze and develop solutions for customer issues ensuring
- Detailing cases and resolutions clearly in the CRM system
- Taking ownership of hot and more critical cases when required
CANDIDATE PROFILE
- Some background in providing technical customer support
- Ability to understand technical issues and apply technical concepts
- 2+ years of work experience with Windows Server/Desktop and networking/WEB protocols (TCP/IP/HTTPS/DNS)
- Proficient (Native) French languages is MUST
- Fluent English language is MUST
