JOB DESCRIPTION

You will become part of a team responsible for the design of the new digital services platform. An essential part of this platform is the development of algorithms for predictive services and productivity insights for our high-tech customers. 

Your responsibilities:

• Management of the SCRUM processes (Standups, Backlog management, Retrospectives, Planning)
• Management of the development process of data-analysis related products
• Supporting the development process standardization and automation
• Managing the Product owners, keeping their feet on the ground
• Reporting progress and metrics to the D2i management

CANDIDATE PROFILE

• At least 2 years of hands-on experience in a SCRUM environment
• Advanced knowledge of English, spoken fluently
• Coaching /mentoring skills (good listener)
• Familiar with SCRUM tooling (Jira) or other Scrum tools
• A good feeling for Services business and concepts of digital services
• Preferred experience in High tech manufacturing and/or Service business
